And you can drive the golf cart to four grocery stores (including Sprouts Market, Fresh Market, Publix), the POLO Fields, Walmart, Walgreens, Bealls, boutique shops, salons, and more restaurants than you can count.
-The fully furnished interior is newly renovated with updated appliances, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffeemaker, ceramic tile and luxury vinyl flooring in the main living areas.
-There are 2 carpeted bedrooms and a den. The main bedroom has a king bed w/memory foam mattress. The other bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The living room has a 80" TV. The den has a desk, TV and 2 recliners. DirecTV is on all 3 TV's.
-Laundry is inside.
-4-seat Golf Cart with/lithium batteries is included, but only fully licensed Renter may operate the golf cart and it must be in the same condition the Renter received it in. Any damages will be paid for by Renter. (Golf cart insurance is recommended)
-There is a propane BBQ Grill on the lanai. Renter will pay for additional propane if needed.
-Optional resident ID card (advised) can be included for $50 payable to The Villages which will allow Renter the same access to all facilities as a permanent resident, such as the 42 executive courses, 13 championship courses, pools and sport facilities.
-Price quote is for up to two (2) Renters only. Renter guests (up to two adults) is available for extra fees.
-No pets of any kind are allowed. No exceptions!
-No Smoking or Vaping of any kind.
-Check in is 4 p.m. on the first day of the rental, and check out is at 10 a.m. on last day of rental.
Property taxes, utilities, high speed internet, and trash (twice weekly) is included.



Rental Policy: Security, Rent Risk Fee, Cleaning Fee and 50% total rent due within 7 days of booking along with signed lease.
Remaining 50% rent due 30 days prior to check-in.
100% rent and security due if booking within 30 days.

Security deposit: $1000, refundable if no damages. (Please purchase Renter insurance)
Cleaning fee: $250 non-refundable
Extra renters (max 2 adults): $100 per day
Rent Risk Application Fee: $60 non-refundable

February 2026 in rented. Waiting list is offered in case of cancellation.
