Security Deposit: $1,000 due within 7 days of booking

Final Payment: Full balance due 90 days before arrival

Cleaning Fee: $200 (non-refundable)

Deposit Return: Security deposit refunded within 7 days of departure if the home is left in good condition

Cancellation: If the home can be re-rented at the same rate, 100% of rent and deposit will be refunded

Check-In: 4:00 PM

Check-Out: 10:00 AM

This home is located in an active 55+ community. Younger visitors are welcome for limited, designated periods.
