Payment details:
THREE months of Jan, Feb & March 2026 are rented ONLY as a block..this is FIRM .. NO exceptions. December and April can be in 2 week blocks.

2026 JANUARY/FEBRUARY/MARCH $5800per month
2026 April 1- 11 $2000
Property taxes, utilities, TV, trash, high speed WI-FI, Netflix and other streaming options included. $50 each for village guest pass.
Florida sales tax is required and added to rental agreement.
PAYMENT POLICY
50% of total rent, $1000 (refundable minus any damage) & $250 non refundable cleaning fee DUE 7 days from booking. Remainder DUE 60 days from booking. Rent refundable only if with my sincere effort to find another guest with the same rent and time frame.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time with permission.
