Grocery and other shopping is only minutes away by car or golf cart along 466. Churchill Rec Center with family pool and pickleball/tennis courts is short walk in one direction and Lynnhaven adult pool in other direction.

The Villa is very clean, open, and decorated in a modern fashion. Master bedroom with queen bed and TV. Master bath has walk in shower. Guest bedroom with queen bed and TV. Guest bath has tub with shower. Living room with leather sofas and 55 inch TV. Dining table seats 6. Everything needed for everyday living is included along with internet service. Outside patio has grill with table and chairs. Lanai is furnished with TV. The garage is occupied with owners golf cart (not included). If tenant has/rents a golf cart there is space in garage. Driveway fits one car and golf cart only. Visitors welcome. If two cars are needed more than one day, one must be parked down street in designated parking area or at Rec. Center close by.

Rental Policy:
Rates are for 2 adults staying in the villa. Additional charges apply for company staying longer than one week.

Security Deposit $750
Cleaning Fee $150 deducted from security deposit at the conclusion of your stay.

Security deposit is due with 7 day of booking. 50% of total rent is due 60 days prior to arrival. Remaining 50% is due 30 days before arrival.

The security deposit (minus cleaning fee) is refundable within 30 days after the villa is vacated providing no damages have occurred.

Temporary Resident ID Cards are available for an additional $50.00. The Resident IDs allow for the enjoyment of any of the amenities at the Villages, including free access to executive golf courses (reduced fees to championship courses), swimming, recreation centers and more.
