The home has a Yamaha gas golf cart and two bicycles and an excercise machine that the owners give permission to the renters to use for golfing, exercise and for easy access to the many nearby attractions and shopping (available at no charge ). The golf cart , bicycles, and exercise machine are not leased or rented to tenants and Landlords are not given any compensation in exchange for permission to fully use the golf cart, bicycles, and exercise machine
