RENTAL RATES: The rental fee is due 30 days prior to the start of the rental period.
Payment can be made by check, Zelle, or Venmo. A 7% Florida sales tax will be added to all rental fee.
Rental Rates are quoted for 2 guests. An additional charge of $15 per night for each extra guest will apply.
Long term rentals may be available upon request. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change.

STANDARD FEES
Security Deposit - $1000 is due within 7 days of booking. This deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks after the end of the stay, provided no damage or loss is reported.
Cleaning Fee - $250 Cleaning fees will be taken from the security deposit.

POSSIBLE FEES- Resident ID Fee - $50

Monthly Rates run from 4:00 PM on the 1st day of the month to 10:00 AM on the last day of the month.
Weekly Rates run from 4:00 PM day of check in till 10:00 AM day of departure.
Utilities Included: Cable TV, trash, lawn service, weekly pool service, and internet are all included.


Important Policies
No smoking is permitted in the house, in the lanai, or in the pool area.
No pets allowed. (While we are pet lovers, pets may cause accidents and some renters may have allergies.)
Security Cameras on the front outside of the house. No cameras inside.
In the event of a cancellation, the security deposit/cleaning fee will be refunded in full.
Rent will be refunded less a 15% fee or $300 (whichever is greater) if the house can be re-rented at the same rate and same dates.

Trip insurance is strongly advised.
Water softener filtration system.
Blackstone Grill available along with High Speed Internet.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
