Long-term rentals:
Owner pays property taxes, lawn care, sewer. Tenant pays villages amentiy fee, water, trash, gas and electric, internet/cable. Proof of renters insurance preferred prior to long-term occupancy. Creditworthiness and past rental references will be requested.

Rental Policy:
Non-smokers Only. No vaping or smoking.

1,200 security deposit and 50% of first months rent due within 7 days of booking. Balance of rental, tax and fees due 30 days prior to occupancy.

$300 non-refundable pet fee. Dogs only. Pet must be approved by owner. Possible approval of second dog with additional non-refundable pet fee. Second dog must also be approved by owner.

$200 Cleaning Fee deducted from security deposit upon move out. Any damage done by dogs will be deducted from security deposit.

Cancellation policy: 100% refund if cancelled 90 or more prior to reservation check-in date. For cancellations less than 90 days from check-in, funds are non-refundable unless the owner is able to re-rent for the same dates and for the same or better terms.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
