Our guests love our Villa !!! The patio is a gigantic 7405 sqft corner lot. It has a barbecue area, small pond/waterfall, and a putting green.

Inside the villa sleeps 6 comfortably. The enormous florida room has a pull-out queen sleeper couch and bi-fold doors for privacy. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs, TV has Roku for streaming w/sony theater speakers. There is plenty of bedding and bathing/pool towels. It feels happy and a bit whimsical inside !!!

The Villas located between the best of both worlds, Spanish Springs Town Square is a 5-min cart ride, Lake Sumter a 12-min one. Live bands every night 5-9. A family pool is right on the corner, there are 3 executive/championship golf courses very close by. Your closest rec center for other sports activities like pickle ball is right up the road. Shopping and dining galore all within a mile or less radius !!!

Due at time of booking: Security + Deposit = $1000.00 (Security of $500 to be returned after inspection of property)
Full amount due 60 days prior to occupancy (less the $500 deposit, plus housecleaning fee added)
Housecleaning Fee: $200
Pet Fee: $100
*Cancellation policy: May cancel 72 hours after initial booking, after that unable to issue refund)
