This privately tucked-away courtyard villa is located in the coveted location of The Villages between 466 and 466A in the village of Hemingway. You are only a 10 min golf cart ride straight down Canal Street and into Sumter Landing Town Square which some consider to be the best square in The Villages because of the lake & boardwalk. Regional Recreation centers that are nearby include Colony (the closest), Seabreeze and Miona all about 7- 9 minute golf cart rides away. An Adult Pool is just around the corner also. You can take advantage of several executive golf courses within a few minutes from the house. Truman, Eisenhower, Bogey, Bacall & Turtle Mound.
You can drive the golf cart to Colony Plaza for shopping at Publix in 8-10 minutes where you can find everything you need. There is also a Walmart Neighborhood grocery store across the street from Publix. Just 10 minutes in the opposite direction you can find Aldis and Lowes with more restaurants available to you there.
Within walking distance you will find the extremely popular Havana Country Club which is a favored gathering spot after a round of golf! HCC offers a terrific lunch and dinner menu, gorgeous views of the Championship Golf Course and lively entertainment.

This home has two bedrooms. The third bedroom will be locked and used for owner storage. The living room, kitchen, and dining area are laid out in an open floor plan with access to a glass enclosed lanai, furnished with a high top table and stools for morning coffee and an exercise bike. The private outdoor area with high fencing and great place for you and the pets to relax while grilling out if you choose to just stay home a few nights. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, including a toaster, coffee maker, dishes, silverware and all cookware.


Rental Policy:

Pets - Dogs only allowed, must be totally house trained. Pet fee applies.

$50.00 Cleaning Fee for weekly rate, $150 for monthly rate
Pet fee: $200 deposit - Fully refundable if no damage to property and minimal cleaning needed.

I am renting due to an illness in my family which will require me to travel out of the area quite a bit. This is my personal, permanent home! I have many friends and could also provide you with references. I am easy to work with and a lot easier if you have local references of previous rental activity or friends in the area.
