Living room has leather double recliner sofa, loveseat and 75 inch Sony Bravia Full Array LED TV. Outdoor seating with table in the lanai. It is within walking distance of Saluki Recreation Center with a resort-style family pool, tennis, pickleball, inside - table tennis, darts, pool, pinball, foosball table and an adult pool on the opposite corner with outdoor games. Located within one mile of Boosters Restaurant (now open), and coming soon -Middleton Shopping and Eastport.

Rental Policy: 50% total rent and Security Deposit of $1,500 due within 7 days of booking. The remaining rent balance is due 45 days prior to occupancy. The $150 Cleaning Fee and the Florida 7% tax will be taken from the security deposit. Check-in is 4PM Check-out 10AM. In the event of cancellation, rent will be refunded only if the house can be rented at the same rate or higher for the same time period. Rental is for 2 person occupancy - Guests allowed with extra fee.

Rent includes: Property taxes, utilities, The Villages amenity fee (trash, water sewer, etc,) Wi-Fi, Google TV, lawn service and two guest passes.
