The home is located in the village of Santiago, conveniently located a short golf cart drive from Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing. The El Santiago pool and recreation center is within walking distance. A three bedroom, two bath home, Bliss Home includes a main bedroom and main bath, a second bedroom and guest bath, a family room, a separate kitchen, an eating area, an enclosed lanai, and an outdoor patio. Towels and linens are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with major appliances, small appliances, dishes, utensils, and cutlery. We provide wi-fi for using personal streaming accounts. A third bedroom is a dedicated office or exercise space.

The rental process is easy and straight forward with three steps. Detailed steps will be provided to all inquiries. Step 1 - complete the rental application, which will include photo images of all applicant driver licenses for first time renters. Step 2 - (for first time renters) with permission, identities will be verified through TransUnion | SmartMove. Step 3 - the lease is signed and payment is sent. After submitting the lease and payment, a signed copy of the lease will be returned.

50% of the rent is due at the time of signing the lease. The remaining rental balance, plus the security deposit, $750, cleaning fee ($175), processing (3%), and taxes (7%), will be due at least 60 days before check-in. If the lease is cancelled, no refunds will be issued unless the home is re-rented for the same period. Exceptions may be given for medical emergencies and other circumstances at the discretion of the landlord. Security deposit and cleaning fee is always returned if the lease is cancelled. Payments may be made electronically with personal payment platforms.
