Your suite with private entrance is located in our Ranch home. Consists of 1-bedroom with pillow top queen bed), 2 end tables, 1- bathroom, shower with hand held adjustable head, closet, 2 dressers, table & 2 chairs, comfy glider chair near large window, smart TV, high speed internet included. Kitchenette includes: microwave oven, Keurig coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, electric egg cooker, (no stove) brand new 7.5 cubic ft. Frigidaire refrigerator w freezer, dishes, cups, silverware, etc. Washer and dryer for your use is located in the laundry room with separate entrance from owner.
8x12 lanai with new electric B-B-Q grill for your use, located in rear of home with separate entrance for renter and owner.

This is not a roommate situation. You will enjoy full privacy. One parking space in our garage for your car or your golf cart. Golf cart rentals are close by.

Free guest pass allows you access to the Villages entertainment, activities and facilities. Over 42 executive golf courses, 12 championship courses and more being built. Over 90 heated pools for exercise or relaxation. The Village of Duval is located in the heart of The Villages, half way between Brownwood Square & Lake Sumter Square. Minutes away from Seabreeze Regional Rec Center & Colony Cottage Regional Rec Center, numerous local rec centers, grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping areas.

For guests that are flying into Orlando and prefer to avoid renting a car and driving to TV, we can recommend local shuttle services that are available to take you to and from the airport for $45.-$50. per ride. Rental cars and golf carts are available here in TV if that works for you.

Rates based on 1 adult. Guest pass, utilities, high speed internet, trash and lawn service, are included.

Rental Policy: First month rent and full security deposit ($300.) is due with signed rental agreement to secure booking. Any remaining months rent and cleaning fee of $100. is due 7 days before taking occupancy.
As much as we like furry friends, we are unable to accept pets.

No smoking or vaping allowed in or around premises. The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 yrs+.
