This patio villa is centrally located within The Villages and is very close to the Lake Sumter Landing square, which is beautifully situated on the lake. You can sit and enjoy live entertainment every evening or walk around the square shopping or a stroll on the boardwalk along Lake Sumter. It is also walking distance to the adult Mallory pool and the Coconut Cove Rec Center, where you can play pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis, horseshoes, billiards, and swimming at the family pool. Another great feature are the many executive golf courses as well as 18 hole country club courses nearby. We provide the initial supply of household consumables; ie. diswasher detergent, clothes detergent, liquid hand soap, soap for bathrooms, toilet tissues, paper towels, garbage bags, batteries and cleaning supplies. Hair dryer included.


Rental Policy:
- Security deposut of $1,000 is due at lease signing
- 50% of rental fee must be received 120 days before check-in.
- The other 50% is due 45 days before check-in.
- Cleaning fee $200
- Resident ID pass $50*
- Rates shown are for 2 aduts plus 7% tax.

*The temporary resident ID cards are available directly from The Villages for $50 for two adults. If you would like us to arrange for these cards let us know and include the $50 with your deposit. These are needed if you plan on playing golf or participating in any of the classes the villages have to offer which includes those involving the sports pools. Or we can get you a regular guest pass which allows you to use any village pool and/or the family pools at no charge.
