Property taxes, utilities, TV, trash, and lawn service are included.
Payment: The total is due along with signed contract, including $175 cleaning fee, $750.00 security deposit and Florida state tax of 7% within 7 days of booking. Payment should be received within 7 days so rental can proceed.
Resident ID passes ($50 for two) This provides access to all the amenities the Villager residents enjoy. Purchase the Resident ID and information from a Village recreation Center.

Check In 3PM. Check Out 11AM to allow for cleaning and sanitizing of property.
