The kitchen flows to living room with a Large Smart TV with a recliner sofa and two extra chairs.. The Master Bedroom features a King Size Bed, Smart TV and walk in closet and the Master Bath features a shower with a double vanity. The Second Bedroom is equipped with a Queen Size Bed and an additional Smart TV. The enclosed Lanai has a patio table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee and juice. The washer and dryer are conveniently located off the Kitchen in the garage. This home is furnished with modern furniture, bedding, linens and towels and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy meals at home! A grill for your cook out with friends is also included (renter to fill propane if needed).

Golf Cart included, only fully licensed drivers may operate the golf cart and must be in same condition or paid for by guest.
