Welcome to the north side and beautiful Spanish Springs! My home clean and bright home is located on a golf course and within close walking distance to Spanish Springs Square. It's likely that you won't have to drive your car, because you can access almost everything by golf cart. Our gas-powered Golf cart is included in the rental. All utilities, and WIFI are included in the rental. As a guest of The Villages, you'll have access to a variety of amenities, including golf courses, swimming pools, fitness centers, recreational facilities, restaurants, and entertainment options. It's just an ideal location, in a quiet neighborhood.

Starter Supplies provided include: Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand & dish soap, dishwasher & laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, bath soaps, linens and towels.

Master Bedroom: The spacious master bedroom includes a comfortable king-size bed, 45 flat-screen smart tv, ample storage space in the large walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with shower.

Guest Bedroom: The guest bedroom features a king-size bed, walk in closet, and offers a pleasant space for relaxation. Desk and workspace here. No tv in this bedroom

Lanai: The enclosed Lanai has soft patio furniture and cafe table, as well as futon/convertible bed on the north side, serving as an additional sleeping area or lounge area.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. It's stocked with cookware, utensils, and dinnerware, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals.

Dining Area: Adjacent to the kitchen area, there is a dining space with a table seating six.

Open Living Area: The open concept living area features comfortable seating arrangement, soft leather sofa and loveseat, two recliners, a 55 flat-screen smart TV, and sliding glass doors that show cases the lovely golf views. We have an antenna for local stations.

Antenna: Have an antenna for accessing local news and other channels. Free netflix. Other channels may be accessed by your own subscriptions.

Golf Cart: Included as a benefit to our guests, our cart is gas powered.
Neighborhood: Hacienda is a friendly neighborhood and across the street is a lovely pond and a bench seat. It's one of my favorite places to relax, birdwatch and watch the sunset.

No Pets
No smoking inside home
No more guests allowed than agreed to within rental contract

Security Deposit: $600
Deposit/Security due within 15 days of booking.
Cleaning Fee is in addition to monthly rate: $200 weekly stays, and $350 monthly stay

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
I will provide a rental contract, which will need to be signed by any confirmed guests.
