Surveillance Disclosure: There is a camera on the front of the garage and a RING doorbell for security purposes.

For extended stays you will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickle ball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allows two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs at the Brownwood Sales Office first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests.
Due to the deed and covenant restrictions no one under the age of 18 may reside in the house for more than 30 days.

Mail/Amazon Packages: The mailbox key is not given out to guests. Please have Amazon packages delivered to an Amazon locker; Amazon will not always deliver to the house, and owners / leasing agents are not responsible for any mail or packages.

No smoking or vaping on the premises at any time.

Pets: THIS IS A PET-FREE HOME - Absolutely no animals allowed on premises at any time.

Repairs/Maintenance/Damage: If anything needs to be repaired or gets damaged during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will have a handyman or repairman come out and address the problem.

Rental Policy:
Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking. Deposit based on rental term.
$200 Cleaning Fee
Property taxes, utilities, TV, trash, and lawn service are included.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
