Rental Policy:
January and February rent as a pair and are available for 2026.
March and April rent as a pair and are booked for 2026.
Minimum rental is weekly, rates vary. Contact me for rates.
Must be 21 to drive golf cart, no more than 4 passengers.
No smoking, or vaping of any substance.
Golf Cart waiver must be signed in addition to the lease agreement.
$750 Security deposit due within 10 days of booking. It will be refunded within 30 days of end of rental period minus cost of any damages, repairs, or replacement of loss other than ordinary wear and tear.
$200 Cleaning Fee

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
