The spacious living room includes a large flatscreen television over a beautiful entertainment center with plenty of comfortable seating for guests or simply enjoying a quite night at home. The dining area is open and inviting with seating for four. The fully stocked kitchen includes spacious cabinets, ample counterspace and all appliances needed for those special meals. Included is a breakfast bar area with seating for three. The master suite includes a queen size bed, television, two nightstands, two lamps, armoire, ceiling fan, and a large walk-in closet. The master bath has plenty of counter and closet space with a spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom provides another queen size bed along with two nightstands, two lamps, large dresser, ceiling fan, and a large closet. A second full bathroom with tub accommodates your guests. There is also a fully glass enclosed lanai for all seasons that is perfect for entertaining guests with comfortable seating.

The 2 seat Golf Cart is provided as a courtesy to the renter at no additional fee ($500 savings) and will be operated by the renter under their own risk. Golf cart drivers must be licensed drivers and follow the rules of the road and only drive on cart permissible pathways. Download the villages app which has a golf cart GPS system. If for some reason the cart breaks down, the landlord will make a reasonable attempt to repair but cannot guarantee it will be repaired and no discounts are provided if the cart becomes unusable during your stay. Renter agrees to fill the golf cart gas tank at the end of the rental period. Renter agrees to accept ALL liability for any damage or injury caused by the golf cart during their stay. The Golf cart must remain onsite and utilized by the on-premises renters and not be loaned or provided to other residents or locations. A liability waiver must be signed by you and in the landlord's possession before golf cart may be used.

Cancellation Policy: Rental fees paid will be refunded if cancellation is received more than 90 days prior to arrival date. In the event of a late cancellation, rental fees paid will be refunded only if the property can be re-rented for the same period.

Optional: Temporary Resident IDs is $50. This is paid to and can be obtained from the nearby Everglades Rec Center Villages ID office. The Resident ID allows for the use and enjoyment of the amenities at The Villages including executive golf courses, reduced fees at championship golf courses, swimming, recreation centers, and more. After you get your Resident Guest IDs, you can obtain Guest Passes for other persons on the lease and temporary visitors. Village ID's give full access to all residential amenities including golf at any of the executive courses. Guest passes (free) give access to recreation centers, pools, pickle ball, tennis, shuffleboard, billiards, archery, bocce ball, and horseshoes. Over 2,000 clubs and activities, recreation centers, and swimming pools. There are more than 40 Villages executive golf courses for a small fee ($4) and twelve champion courses for a modest fee. The Village ID office will provide instructions on how to schedule tee times.

Missing keys, gate passes, or garage door openers will be replaced at the renter's expense.

Security deposit is $1000, cleaning fee is $200 which is taken out of deposit.
We will send you a rental agreement which you must sign and return with your deposit check.
