Rental Policy:
$1,500 Deposit/Security due and half the rent due booking. Balance due 60 days before occupancy. Lease will be signed along with a golf cart liability waiver.
$250 Cleaning Fee
Additional $50 Dog Cleaning Fee (if applicable)
Additional 7% Florida tax onrent protion and cleaning fees
Optional Lifestyle IDs (2) for $50 for one month or longer terms
