Our home is a 2023 designer 3-bedroom 3-bath home, in the Village of Dabney, featuring an open concept living area. Great space for up to 6 people.

The entry, dining, living room, and kitchen are all open concept with high 9-foot ceilings. The laundry is adjacent to the kitchen with a sink and pantry and is separated with a pocket door. Appliances include a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and large washer and dryer.

The spacious master bedroom has room for a king size bed with 2-3 dressers. The ensuite has a walk-in shower, two sinks, privacy toilet, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has room for a queen or king bed and a bathroom with walk-in-shower separated by a pocket door from the living area for privacy. The 3rd bedroom has room for a queen-size bed and also has an adjacent bathroom with a tub/shower. All rooms have ceiling fans and are TV ready.

The two-car + golf cart garage has a remote and code entry.

The home is open and bright with large windows and two sliders that open to the screened lanai large enough for a table and 4 chairs as well as lounging chairs to enjoy your coffee and watch the sunrise.

Our home is in the Village of Dabney near neighborhood pools and recreation centers. There is so much to do - Dabney Recreation is minutes away with an adult-only pool and just down the road is Franklin Recreation with the Family Pool. Several Pitch & Puts and Executive Par 3 courses within minutes. All the Rec centers have everything sports; pickleball, tennis, bocce ball, shuffleboard and more! Ezell Recreation has a fitness center for an additional charge with all the workout equipment necessary to stay in shape while having fun and meeting new friends. Sawgrass Grove offers a marketplace, nightly live outdoor entertainment, food & drinks, and Southern Oaks Championship golf course, all in one location and just a few minutes drive.

Rent varies depending on length of lease and time of year. $2,600 - $3,600/month
Deposit/Security of $2,000 and first month rent due within 7 days of lease signing.
Security deposit of $2,000 less the cleaning fee and any repairs will be refunded, as applicable, within 30 days of departure after inspection of the property.
$200 minimum Cleaning Fee
All utilities, lawn & garden care, and cleaning are the responsibility of the renter.
Two Resident IDs for $100.00 each (Payable to "The Villages"). This allows renters to use all the amenities that are provided to a Village property owner. (optional)
Guest IDs are available at no cost for facility use and pay a nominal fee for golf.
Sub leasing of any kind is prohibited.

Pet Policy:
Well trained pets and children are welcome. :)
Children under the age of 18 yrs are not permitted to stay on the property for more than 30 consecutive days without The Villages permission.

Creditworthiness and past rental references may be requested.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Visitors are allowed for limited time periods as set forth in the lease.
