The guest bedroom offers a king-size bed as well. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, etc. The home has an electric stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. The washer/dryer is in the shed just off the lanai which has with a Tiki-bar. The sunroom is large, sunny and cheery which boasts the feeling of Margaritaville. The back patio has a great view of the golf course and picturesque sunsets while relaxing by the water feature.

All the utilities in short-term rental fee includes: electric, water, sewerage, trash pickup, TV and high speed Wifi internet and amenities. Optional: $50.00 application fee for Villages temporary resident I.D. Card (this is a fee The Villages charges to transfer our personal I.D. so you can enjoy the free golf on executive courses, access to most swimming pools, and many other amenities.

THE VILLAGES AMENITIES INCLUDE: golf, pools, tennis, pickleball, 2000+ clubs to join. Only 1.5 mile to Spanish Springs Town Square with restaurants, boutiques and 7 night/week live entertainment (weather permitting over 42). Also, you are very close to Publix grocery, fast foods, Home Goods, Bealls stores, CVS, BJs Wholesale, Home Depot, etc. A further ride can take you to Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood Town Squares. Live music in each town square 365 days a year.

Rental Fee: Payment in full 60 days before arrival. Security deposit refunded 15 days after departure with no damages or loss, upon inspection.
Cancellation Fee: If Guest/Renter wished to cancel his/her reservation, the payment will be refunded as follows:
100% if cancelled > 60 days prior to Check-In date
50% if cancelled > 30 days prior to Check-in date
0% if cancelled < 30 days prior to Check-in date
