Rental Policy: The rates quoted are for 2 person occupancy. Guests need to return all keys and garage door opener upon leaving, and will be liable to replace any item at a charge of $50 per item. Landlord pays property taxes, utilities, TV, Wifi, trash, and lawn service. January to March 2025 rental preferred, however, will consider booking February - March if January is rented.
$750 Deposit/Security and $250 cleaning fee is due within 7 days of booking. Full amount due 60 days prior to rental period. There are no refunds if cancellation occurs within 90 days of occupancy, unless landlord is able to re-rent the home for the same price and time. Check in is at 4 p.m. and check-out is at 10 a.m.


The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
