Rental Policy:

-The first payment is 50% of the total, due with the Reservation Confirmation Agreement.
-The remaining 50% is due at check in.
-Resident IDs are optional, $50. per household for 2 occupants, payable to The Villages.

-The cleaning fee of $150. will be held from the Security Deposit. The balance of the Deposit is refundable 15 days after departure per the terms of the Reservation Agreement.

Rental properties in The Villages are in highest demand January through April, book early. We recognize that there is a significant upfront investment to secure a rental property. This website suggests that you consider trip cancellation insurance to protect your prepayment in case of an unforeseen change in plans.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
