The kitchen features ceramic tile flooring and a new refrigerator, while both bathrooms boast ceramic tile and the primary bath includes a luxurious Roman shower and dual sinks. Privacy is ensured with a pocket door leading to two guest rooms. The master bedroom has a King bed.

This rental includes a two-seat 2014 Yamaha gas golf cart for exploring the area and an extended two-car garage for storage and parking. Modern amenities like WIFI and streaming TV are provided, along with all bills and lawn maintenance.

Please note a $250 cleaning fee and a pet fee for small dogs, up to 2 dogs at $100 each. Smoking, vaping, and drugs are strictly prohibited.

Thank you for your interest in renting Witherspoon Path! Below are the terms and conditions of the rental agreement:
1. Security Deposit: A security deposit of $1000 is due within 7 days of booking to secure your reservation. This deposit will be refunded within 30 days of your departure, provided there are no damages to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
2. Dog Deposit: If you plan to bring a small dog, a non-refundable deposit of $100 per dog (max 2) is also required at the time of booking to cover additional cleaning expenses. This deposit ensures that the property remains clean and well-maintained for all guests.
3. Guest Policy: Guests of our renters are always welcome to stay at the property; however, after seven days, there will be a charge of $50 per day per additional guest. This fee covers the additional utilities and wear and tear associated with extra occupants.
4. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are allowed up to 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If you cancel within this timeframe, your security deposit will be fully refunded. However, if you cancel after the 60-day period, your security deposit will be forfeited.
