50% of rent is due within 10 days of booking.
Remainder of rent and $1,000 security deposit are due 30 days before rental period.
Security deposit (less $200 cleaning fee) will be refunded if post-rental inspection shows no damage and only normal wear and tear.
Minimal Term - 1 month other than during the summer.
Check-in: 4pm Check-out: 10am. Prices do not include 7% Sales Tax

Cancellation Policy:
If tenant cancels before check-in date, any amount received before cancellation will be refunded if the home can be rented for the same time period and rental amount. Otherwise, the rent is nonrefundable.
