KITCHEN: Fully equipped with coffee make and Keurig, toaster, toaster oven, pots/pans, glasses, dishes, silverware, baking dishes, mixer, storage containers, and much more. Hand towels, wash cloths, broom, stick vacuum, & fire extinguisher.

Rental Prices & Fees (see rates below):
- Rental price is based on two adult occupants.
- January, February, and March must be rented together.
- $750.00 Security Deposit due within seven days of booking.
- $150.00 non-refundable Pet Fee (Dogs ONLY and must be under 20 pounds and be up to date with shots)
- $150.00 non-refundable Cleaning Fee

RENT INCLUDES: Irrigation, water, lawn maintenance, pest control, trash pickup, electric, gas, household water, cable/internet and amenity fee.

Optional Fees:
- Temporary Resident IDs available for $50.00 fee. Fee is NOT included in the rent and can be paid directly to the Villages. This allows access to golf at no additional charge for over 30 executive golf courses, access to 13 championship golf courses (Green Fees applicable), and access to sports, pools, and over 3,000 organized social clubs in the Villages.

- NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN OR ON THE PROPERTY

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
