you'll enjoy free nightly outdoor entertainment on the main stage from 5 to 9 PM
which includes great bands to relax sit back and listen or dance each and every
night of your stay. The market inside includes several restaurants, McGrady's Pub
and grill, a coffee shop, pizza shop, inc cream store, a sit down bar and much,
much more. At Ezell Recreation Center youl'l find a sports pool, both Pickleball
and Tennis courts, corn toss. Bocce ball, Shuffleboard, Ping Pong Tables along
with several meeting rooms for crafts, games and cards and much more.

As you walk up to the home at Nancy you'll notice the added extras like the
paver brick front patio sitting area, the enclosed screened-in front porch sitting
area, then the minute you walk in the door you'll see that the home features a
modern open floor plan with attention to detail as it relates to decor, comfort and
luxury. Your first impression will be that this is very quaint and cozy and really
much more than you expected from the photos on the web site since everything in
the home is fresh, new and extremely clean. The Living Room has a comfy leather
sofa with electric lounge recliners for relaxing while watching the 50" smart TV or
just reading. The fully equipped Kitchen is wide open and completely set up with
everything just as in your own home along with counter seating for snacks and
conversation. Adjacent to the kitchen is a full Dining Room with table and seating
for four which looks out the glass sliding doors opening to your outdoor Lanai.
This large outdoor Lanai is covered by a screened-in bird cage which also has a
partially cover seating area to enjoy your morning coffee, We also have a BBQ
grill for your convenience on one side of the patio and lounge chairs for viewing
the beautiful pond like setting on the other side. So relax, enjoy and watch the
neighborhood come to life for another exciting day in The Villages. The Master
Bedroom has a King Size bed with an upgraded adjustable height mattress that raises and lowers, end
tables, chest of drawers, 48 smart TV and the large walk in closet is a real plus.
The adjacent Master Bath to the bedroom has double sinks and a walk-in shower
with glass doors. Separated on the other side of the home is another Bedroom
which has a Queen bed and an enclosed closet. Down the hall is full Guest
Bathroom. The last room is an office/den on this side of the house with a comfortable 2-seat loveseat style
couch, end tables, lamps and a desk for relaxing in a room which
sits away from the main area of the home. Finally, you have a full Laundry
Room with Washer, Dryer. Wash Sink, Iron and Ironing Board. Going from the
laundry room you'll enter a uncluttered double car attached Garage with a garage
door opener which is as neat and clean as the house its newly painted epoxy floor
and decor finished walls. Inside the garage you'll find a Golf Cart which is yours
to use for your entire stay and is included with your rental to explore the area or
drive to the surrounding recreation centers, swimming pools and golf courses. By
the way SOUTHERN OAKS GOLF COURSE which is newest 18 hole
championship course in the Villages and located just a few minutes from your
location by golf cart. Also, remember you have the Family pool close by and the
St. Catherine's Adult swimming pool within walking distance from the house.

-- Rent based on double occupancy (2) individuals. Visitors are allowable for one stay up to a week max. Price adjusted if the primary lessee wishes to split rent with a secondary party per a discussion and owners approval. (No Sub-Leasing)

-- Payment by Cash, Check or Zelle (No Credit Card payments)
-- Monthly cleaning fee $250.00 to be deducted out of deposit at the end of lease.
7% Florida sales tax added to monthly rate on to the rental agreement
No sales tax for any lease agreements that are longer than 180 days
Optional: Resident ID Passes ($50.00/2 adults) are available.
Note: They allow for the use and enjoyment of the endless activities at The
Villages including executive golf courses, reduced fee at championship golf
courses, sport pools, Recreation centers, and more. To purchase you must
contact me first as I need to obtain certain information from you. I will then
process your IDs with the Villages so that for your convenience the passes
