Rental Policy:

* $600 Booking Deposit is due within 7 days of booking reservation. One-half rent due upon signing contract and balance due 60 days before occupancy. Booking Deposit then held as a Security Deposit after Rent Payments are made.
* Security Deposit returned less a $200 cleaning fee within 7 days via USPS.
* Rate is for 2 adults. Overnight guests require the owner's approval. Additional fee may apply.
* Check-in after 3 pm on the first day. Check-out by 10 am on the last day.
* $50 Optional Temporary Resident ID Fee not included. The 30 day Guest Passes are free but have some amenity restrictions. 7% sales tax will be charged.
Cancelation Policy: Once paid all fees are non-refundable. Strongly urge you to get vacation insurance.
