- There is a $50 non-refundable fee to cover background/credit checks with application. All quoted rent and fees are based on 1-2 person occupancy.

10 days prior to moving in:

Tenant pays a one time $50.00 fee for two Village ID's per year of the lease.
Tenant pays for utilities(electric, gas, inside water and sewer usage, cable/internet/phone).
First, last and security deposit required.
Application required for each tenant with a $45.00 each non refundable fee.

Landlord pays for the amenity fees, trash pick up, water for irrigation, outside pest control, yard maintenance and tree trimming.

Small dogs allowed with a $250.00 non refundable pet fee. No smoking or vaping.
