The living room is furnished with a comfy sofa and love seat, plus a large TV for your viewing. The master bedroom is adorned with tasteful furnishings, featuring an adjustable queen size bed, plus TV . The suite includes tiled bathroom with a walk- in shower and a spacious
walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom offers a unique relaxed ambiance with a king sized bed, plus TV. While the third bedroom is a full bedroom with 2 twin beds and bedrooms furnishings, accommodating guests comfortably or use as a workspace. The third bedroom can be added. The shared bathroom between the guest rooms is equipped with a tub/shower combo and tile finish.

Each room inside is spacious for you and guests. Outside includes an airy quaint front porch to greet you, to a screened-in patio on the back overlooking picturesque landscape of the golf course. Behind the home you are steps away from a lovely bike and walking trails, with a lake nearby. Hi speed wifi available, bring your passwords for multiple streaming ( Prime included.) Renting Jay's Shangri- La for 3 months has been a special joy. First, you walk into the home with a delightful view of the fairway of a Village Golf course which gives the home bright light throughout the living and dining area of the house. The house interior of 3 beds and 2 baths are nicely furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped. The owner is very responsive to any needs or problems Lastly,
we love the home's close location to shopping and the town centers of Spanish Springs and Lake Sumpter.

We wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at your house. The house and furnishings were excellent. My wife really appreciated the kitchen. She said it had everything a cook could want. The house was conveniently located to the activities in the Villages and stores. In addition, you always responded quickly to questions. We would recommend you and this rental to anyone seeking a place in the Villages.

Security deposit will be refunded within 30 days at the end of stay, if no damage or loss exists to the unit or its contents.
Cleaning fee - $200

Short term: 50% of the rent amount and security fee ( includes cleaning fee) is due with the signed lease within 7 days. The balance of the rent amount is due 90 days from arrival month's rent due upon contract signing to hold the reservation. See cancellation policy below .Rates due can be discussed on a case -by -case basis .

No SUB-LEASING of any kind permitted.
Cancelation policy - If cancellation occurs after final payment, rental funds are nonrefundable unless Landlord is able to re-rent home to another tenant for the period set forth in the lease agreement. Trip insurance is advised.
