****Terms of Rental****A $750 deposit fee and a signed copy of the rental agreement must be received by the owner within 7 days of receipt of the e-mailed rental agreement in order to secure a reservation. This deposit is not refundable due to cancellation if the owner does not receive notice a minimum of 45 days prior to the arrival date AND the owner must be able to secure a replacement reservation for the same time period and the same rate!!
**Rent is due for the property 1 month prior to move in.

**A $50 fee for Amenities passes which allow our guests to enjoy all of The Villages activities is not required, but is necessary in order to experience all that The Villages has to offer. It is included for rentals of 3mos. or greater, not for rentals of a lesser duration. This fee is paid directly to The Villages and is not refundable.
**A Non-refundable cleaning fee of $150 is required for all rentals and may not be paid with security deposit funds. The home is professionally cleaned between guests insuring a clean home for all to enjoy.
**I am sending this out to about 10 people as I have had much interest in the property, during our remodel.
