* Villages Lifestyle Resident ID Cards are available for two guests, a $50 fee is applied and you will need to pick up your ID Cards at The Villages offices in Lake Sumter Landing. With these resident cards you can enjoy our membership benefits: free golf at the Executive Golf Courses, discount pricing at the Country Club Golf courses, access to all the Recreation Centers, pool volleyball, beach tennis, pickleball, platform tennis, lap swimming, water aerobics and countless indoor activities.
* Golf Cart is not included. Rental option are available. You should book carts before arriving. Please email me and I'll let you know more about our rental villa and everything The Villages has to offer. Property taxes, utilities, TV, trash, and lawn service are included.

Rental Policy:
Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking.
$150 Cleaning Fee

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
