The lithium battery powered Golf Cart has seating for four and the rear seat can be converted to a luggage rack/compartment. The backyard has a screened in porch, plus two fold out chairs, and small love seat. The villa is completely furnished with all kitchen amenities, as well as bedroom and bathroom linens, My Pillow towels, wash cloths and a brand new full size washer and dryer.

Rental Policy:$1000 ($500 for a one-month rental) Deposit/Security due, within seven days from booking to reserve your visit at our villa. There is a 90 day cancellation policy (firm). *RENTAL PRICES ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE .

$200 Cleaning Fee will be deducted from deposit: If we feel the unit is not cleaned as I had leased it.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 yrs+ and we welcome you.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods and Jamie & Rick must be notified. Family activities included.
