Master bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed, pillow top mattress. Wall mounted Smart TV and comfy reading chair. Large walk in closet. Master bath with granite countertops, large walk in shower with rain shower head and body wand.
Guest bedroom with Queen pillow top bed, comfy reading chair and good size closet.
3rd bedroom could be a home office, equipped with a desk, printer and shredder. Twin beds and good size closet.
Bathroom between 2nd and 3rd bedrooms has a walk-in shower, granite counter tops and linen closet.
Living room is all windows with beautiful views, plenty of comfortable seating and a pull-out couch. Smart TV on the wall with internet access. Access to Lanai from living room.

Rental Policy: $750 deposit/security due within 7 days of booking. $250.00 cleaning fee.
50% of rental amount and 100% of the security deposit are due within 7 days of booking.
The final 50% of the rental money is due 60 days prior to beginning the rental period. Rental money is non-refundable if we are unable to re-rent the home to another renter. (you can purchase insurance coverage for this).
Rates: All rates quoted are for 2 people. Multiple families will incur an extra charge of $100.00 per couple per week.
