If using the Club Car Golf Cart, please only use 93 Premium Octane Gas or 90 octane ethanol-free gas. Golf cart must remain parked inside the garage when not in use and cannot be left in the driveway. There is a separate security deposit of $1,000.00 if you choose to use the golf cart.

The garage has some storage space around the golf cart. Any other vehicle can be parked in the driveway and should not impede the use of the golf cart if vehicle is parked to one side of driveway.

Rental Policy:
- Signed lease agreement, refundable security deposit of $1,000 and 50% of rent is due within 7 days of booking. If using the golf cart and additional refundable $1,000.00 security deposit is required.
- $150 cleaning fee, $250 with dogs (partially refundable if home is left in the same condition when rented) due at signing
- Remaining 50% of rent is due one month (30 days) before arrival
- $50 (optional) temporary resident/guest ID payable to The Villages. (must commit when booking)

Guests shall return all keys, and/or garage door openers at departure and will be liable to replace any such item at a charge of $50 for each lost or damaged item.

Security deposit minus cost of any repairs/replacement will be returned within two weeks of departure following property inspection and return of all keys, garage door openers, gate passes, etc.

Any damages exceeding the security deposit will need to be discussed and resolved fairly.

Payment options: Cashiers check, Personal check, Cash, Credit Card (3% processing fee for CC use).

Check-in (first day of the month) is 3:00 pm.
Check-out (last day of the month) is 10:00 am.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a cancellation, no refunds within 90 days of occupancy unless the unit is re-rented for the same price and time period. Trip insurance is encouraged, and can be found from various providers.
