We rent for a minimum of 3 months between January and April. Daily rates with 5-day minimum are available for selected months.

Rental Payment Terms
For 3-month minimum seasonal rentals, a reservation deposit totaling 50% of rental fee is due within 7 days of booking reservation. Remaining 50% of rental fee plus security deposit of $1,000 due 60 days prior to first day of rental plus 7% Florida tax which is not included in the rental fee.

For one-month rentals, a reservation deposit totaling 50% of rental fee is due when booking reservation. Payment due date for remaining 50% of rental fee plus security deposit will depend on when the reservation is booked and the check-in date.

Security deposit will be returned within 30 days after departure upon satisfactory property and inventory inspection.

A Cleaning Fee of $175 will deducted from the Security Deposit.

Cancellation Policy: If booking is cancelled, rental fees will be returned only if home can be rented for the same time period at the same rate. If rented at a lower rate, the amount refunded will be the lower rental fees received.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
