You will need to pay $50.00 for the Villagers ID that can be picked up upon arrival at Spanish Springs sales office. The battery powered Golf Cart is four seated and has a rear luggage rack/compartment. The backyard has a sectional plus two fold out lounge chairs. The villa is completely furnished with all kitchen amenities, as well as bedroom and bathroom linens, towels, wash cloths and a full size washer and dryer.
Rental Policy:$1000 ($500 for a one-month rental) Deposit/Security due, within seven days from booking to reserve your visit at our villa. There is a 90 day cancellation policy (firm). *RENTAL PRICES ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE .
$150 Cleaning Fee will be deducted from deposit: If we feel the unit is not cleaned as I we leased it.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 yrs+ and we welcome you.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods and Mark, must be notified. Family activities included.
