Our home has open concept, is light and bright. Tiled floors throughout except in the 3 bedrooms. Relax outside under the covered patio and watch some tv, enjoy dinner at the outdoor table or take a swim in the heated pool with the screened Lanai. The Primary bedroom has a new King Size bed, Smart TV, dresser and night stands, en suite with double sinks, walk-in tiled shower, and an enormous walk in closet. Bedrooms 2 & 3 each have a queen bed, drawer space and spacious closets. The laundry room comes with a washer, dryer & soaking sink.

The Village of Hawkins is a short trip to Sawgrass Square and approx a 20 minute golf cart ride to Brownwood Paddock Square, which both have nightly entertainment from 5P-9M, Ednas On The Green also has live music daily typically from 2-5 along with 2 food trucks out front. 1 year old Sawgrass Grove Market has ice cream shop, coffee shop, pizza, burgers, fish, grocery, meat market and cooking classes. Marsh View Pitch & Putt, The Fenney Grill, Sports Pools, Magnolia Plaza for your shopping needs, Pickle ball, shuffleboard, corn toss, pool tables, bocce ball, outdoor exercise equipment and more.

Rental Policy:
$1500 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking.
$200 Cleaning Fee
50% of the rental amount is due with the signed lease. The balance of rental amount, tax and security deposit is due 60 days before arrival. The cleaning fee is taken from the security deposit. If rental period is less than 60 days from time of booking, payment, tax and security deposit is due in full upon lease agreement signature. In the event of a cancellation, the security deposit/cleaning fee will be refunded in full. Rent will be refunded less a 15% fee or $300 (whichever is greater) if the house can be re-rented at the same rate and same dates. Trip insurance is strongly advised and can be purchased through a third party.

Rate is for occupancy of 2 people. $15 per guest per night for additional guests. Rental rate does not include 7% Florida tourism tax required on rentals of less than 6 months and 1 day.

***Optional Fees: $50 LIFESTYLE ID Fee for 2 people allows access to the following: Golf at no additional cost on over 42 executive golf courses, access to 13 Championship golf courses (fees apply) Sports pools, Over 3,000 organized social club activities. The fee is paid directly to The Villages on arrival, but we need to order the IDs for you.***

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.

Rental Rates
