50% due within 5 days to secure your rental. The remaining rental amount is due 60 days prior to arrival. If a reservation is made less than 60 days prior to check-in, the total amount will be due in 5 days.

Payments accepted by Zelle, cashiers check or wired funds.

Optional Fees: $50 LIFESTYLE ID Fee for 2 people allows access to the following: Golf at no additional cost on over 42 executive golf courses, access to 13 Championship golf courses (fees apply) Sports pools, Over 3,000 organized social club activities. The fee is paid directly to The Villages on arrival, but we need to order the IDs for you.
