Golf cart rentals are available in the Villages by the day, week or month. You can also rent a cart
at the Southern Oaks course for your round of golf.

Property taxes, water, trash, lawn service, pest service, and utilities are included.
The resident ID card is available for the duration of your stay with a $50 payment made directly
to The Villages at check-in.

RENTAL POLICY:

SECURITY DEPOSIT: $1500 to reserve for monthly rentals.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT: 50% of the total rent at the time of booking, the balance 60 days
before arrival.
CLEANING FEE: $250 (non-refundable).

If house keys or garage remote is lost, you will be charged $50. A lost gate pass will result in a
fee of $50.

LONG TERM AVAILABLE (1-year or longer required):
* Long-term rate: $2,400/month
* Lease monthly is based on a 12-month minimum term. The 7% Florida tax is waived for any
long-term rental.
* $1,500 security deposit is due within 7 days of booking and is refundable at end of the lease if
the house is in good condition.
* Within 14 days prior to move-in, the following shall be provided: (1) First and last month ($4,800.00) Plus;
(2) $250 cleaning fee (non-refundable); (3) Proof of insurance
* Renters must have a good credit score and at least 2 personal references.
* There is a $50 non-refundable fee background/credit checks with the application
* All quoted rent and fees are based on 1-2 person occupancy.
* Owner pays amenity fees, water, trash, sewer, lawn service, and pest control services.
* Tenant pays electricity, gas, cable TV, and internet for long-term rental.
