Rental Policy:

Security Deposit: $800 includes a cleaning fee of $250 subtracted after the rental period.

50% of the rental amount is due with the signed lease. The balance of rental amount and security deposit are due 60 days before the lease period. The cleaning fee is taken from the security deposit. In the event of a cancellation 25% of the full rental price is non-refundable up to 90 days prior to the rental period. The non-refundable amount increases to 50% and 100% of the rental amount with cancellation less than 90 and 60 days, respectively.

* Price includes Lifestyle ID passes passes for 2 guests ($50.00 value) that provides renters with the full range of Villages amenities (golf, numerous sports, swimming pools, club house access, and more).
* Price includes the sales and use tax.
* $250 cleaning fee will be deducted from security deposit ($400 cleaning fee if evidence of smoking or pets is present, add $50 if outdoor grill requires additional cleaning at departure).
* All utilities, trash pickup, gardening, Wireless Internet and TV service on 3 smart TVs is provided at no
additional charge.
* Optional 4 seat "Villages" equipped golf cart is available for $400 per month - please indicate interest prior to lease development.
* Rental is priced for 2 guests and is limited to a maximum of 4 guests at a modest additional cost.

The Villages is an active senior community for residents 55+ No children, pets or smoking please. The occasional stay of children is ok, but please check with the owners first.
