You will find The Village of St. Catherine to be in the center of the excitement of all the Villages has to offer. The home is walking distance to Sawgrass Market with restaurants and hometown businesses in one convenient location as well as outdoor seating and live entertainment on the stage. The walking path connects you to the Ezell Recreation Center where the recreation opportunities are endless. Enjoy bocce, pickle ball, water sports, indoor crafts, community exercise, cards, line dancing, outdoor fitness trails and more! With convenient access to Southern Oaks Championship Golf Course, Clifton Cove Putting Course and Mickeylee Pitch and Putt, you can surely refine your game.

The home is as special as the location. As you enter, you will notice the volume ceilings, vinyl flooring throughout and an open concept main living area. The About Time model features a large kitchen with a gas range, stainless steel appliances, ample cabinets, bar seating and a separate dining area. The interior laundry is accessed from the kitchen with a GE washer and gas dryer as well as matching cabinetry.

The primary suite hosts a king bed, ensuite bath with a walk-in shower and a large walk-in closet. The queen bed compliments the secondary bedroom with a closet for additional storage. The second bath has a combined tub/shower and easy access to the secondary bedroom and linen closet. Additional features include ceiling fans throughout, window blinds and overhead lighting.

The enhanced landscaping surrounds the 10x12 glass enclosed lanai creating a private oasis from which you can enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. The additional attached patio is perfect for grilling, an evening beverage or for an extended entertainment area.

Rental Policy:
To accommodate our guests with allergies, this is a non-smoking home. 50% of rental is due with signed rental agreement with the remaider due 45 days prior to arrival. $175 cleaning fee.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
