The primary bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, smart TV, Ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom with granite countertop and duel sinks, and large tiled stand up glass enclosed shower with a small seat and safety grab bars. The 2 guest bedrooms have a queen and double bed, bathroom to share, and a pocket door to close off from the living area. There are TVs in the Florida room, lanai and master bedroom.
Included in this rental is a 4 seat Yamaha golf cart with 24 hour golf cart assistance available. You can use the golf cart to get quickly to restaurants, grocery stores, golf courses, pools and town squares. The house has a 2 car garage plus an additional door/garage for the golf cart.
The street has very friendly neighbors, and a stop light to take you out onto the nearby Morse Blvd.
We are currently renting with a no pet policy. No smoking. No charge for additional visitors but you may be charged for electric bill over $175.

Rental Policy:
50% Deposit due within 5 days of booking/contract signing
Final payment due 10 days prior to arrival
Security deposit of $1000. Refundable within 30 days of departure and satisfactory inspection. Cleaning fee and any additional electric charge will be subtracted from the security deposit.
$175 Cleaning Fee, $350 cleaning fee with dog
7% Florida tax will be added to rental fee
If cancellation is necessary due to an emergency, any monies deposited will be returned if the property is rented at the same rate, minus any expenses incurred by the owner.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
