The recreation centers have a wide range of activities including water aerobics, horseshoes, shuffleboard, billiards, tennis, crafts, pickleball, dance, basketball, fitness equipment and over 1000 organized events every week. AND of course; golf - there are 40 executive and 10 championship golf courses in The Villages. AND over 70 pools.

Our Villa has an open and spacious floor plan with high ceilings. This Callaway model has a split bedroom floor plan, 2 bedrooms each with own bath, with an oversized two car garage, and with a 2 seat Golf cart. Lovely wood laminate floors on the kitchen and main living area, vinyl in both bathrooms, and carpet in the bedrooms. King Bed in Master, Queen in 2nd Bedroom with ceiling fans in living room, both bedrooms, and lanai. occupancy is 4.
* Two temporary Villagers ID are included, which gives access to golf, pools, recreational areas, reduced
movie/show prices and live entertainment every evening in the Town Squares. All homeowner amenities will
be transferred to the renter which includes no green fees on The Villages executive golf courses, however $4
is charged for use of golf cart. In addition, all championship golf courses can be played at a reduced
resident rate and vary by course to course and by month. Your visiting guests can receive a free guest pass to
enjoy the activities.
*This home is smoke free including E-Cigarettes for the benefit & comfort of our guests. This home is also Pet
free for the benefit of our guests.

Rental Policy:
$1000 Deposit/Security due at time of booking.
$150 Cleaning Fee
7% Florida Tax will be added to the contract.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
