Our new courtyard villa is located in the village of Newell. Franklin recreation center just opened and is a short golf cart ride away. It offers a family pool, pickleball courts, tennis courts, pitch & putt golf course and a putting course. The recreation center offers pool tables, ping pong, and several other arcade games to play. Sawgrass has nightly entertainment and several restaurants to dine at. Ezell recreation center is also available for use of the sports pool & the adult pool (must be over 30 to use). Southern Oaks championship golf course is also located at Sawgrass.
Our home was built in 2023. We purchased all new furnishing for the property. We have 3 bedrooms with Queen beds in all three. The master has a triple dresser with mirror in addition to a night stand and sitting chair, Master bath has double sink vanity, large walk in shower, and a large walk in closet. 2nd BR has a triple dresser with mirror, and night stand, 3rd BR has a night stand and also a small desk if needed.
Fully equipped kitchen with pots & pans, cookie sheets, Keurig and a 12 cup coffee maker. Toaster, electric mixer, blender and all the necessary items to cook with. Dining room table will easily seat 6, Den has reclining leather couch and recliner, TV with DVD player, and several DVD's for your viewing. We have X-finity TV service and high speed internet. There are ceiling fans in all rooms. New washer/ dryer in utility room. Lanai has a table and 4 chairs and is very private due to the fenced backyard. We are also offering a golf cart (gas) that will hold 4 people.

Rental Policy:
Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking:
50% of total rent is due plus $750.00 Damage Deposit
$150.00 Cleaning Fee
State and Local Taxes
Remaining Balance is due 30 days Prior to Check in
Cancellation Policy: Deposit is non-refundable
Temporary Resident ID cards will be provided for 2 renters at no additional fee.. ID cards must be carried at all times so you can enjoy all of the activities available at the Villages.
Golf cart is available for your use. Only the 2 renters on the contract will be allowed to drive the golf cart.
Please notify me if you want to use the golf cart. I will forward you a liability form to sign.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
