The Arnold Palmer and Mallory Hill Golf Clubs are also close to our Villa.

Our Villa is recently remolded with new bathrooms, counter tops and appliances and has the following features:

*The large patio is private and has a table, umbrella and four chairs.
*New BBQ grill. Assembled by my brother, so all complements and complaints will go to him.
*Master bed is a soft King. Guest bed is a soft Queen.
*TVs in the living room and master bedroom.
*Cable and internet are included.
*Washer and dryer are new and in the garage.
* Villages Lifestyle Resident ID Cards are available for two guests, a $50 fee is applied and you will need to pick up your ID Cards at The Villages offices in Lake Sumter Landing. With these resident cards you can enjoy our membership benefits: free golf at the Executive Golf Courses, discount pricing at the Country Club Golf courses, access to all the Recreation Centers, pool volleyball, beach tennis, pickleball, platform tennis, lap swimming, water aerobics and countless indoor activities.
* Golf Cart is not included. Rental options are available.

Rental Policy:
Property taxes, utilities, TV, trash, and lawn service are included.
Rental Payment Due 90 days before rental begins. Cancellations are only repaid if the property can be rented at the same rate to someone else.
$1,000 refundable Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking.
$150 Cleaning Fee

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
