Conveniently located near the Savannah Center in the Village of Santiago where it is an easy golf cart ride to Glenview or Nancy Lopez Golf Courses for a round of golf, fine dining and pool time. Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs Town Squares are a short golf cart ride away where you can enjoy more dining, and free entertainment every night. The Savannah Center offers great shows, and the El Santiago recreation center offers tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, bocce, pool and other activities.

This Cancun model with an open floor plan has hardwood and tile flooring throughout. The eat-in kitchen has a pantry and granite countertops. All new paint, window treatments and many other updates. The primary bedroom has its own Mitsubishi Mini Split HVAC, a king sized bed, large walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom.

The spacious secondary bedroom, off of the living room has a queen sized bed. The Den/office includes a vintage desk with hutch and a twin sized sleeper sofa. The hall bath is also spacious and has a walk in shower.

The laundry room is conveniently located off the kitchen.

Enjoy the L-shaped lanai that has ample privacy for sipping a glass of wine or reading a book.

The rental fee includes Wi-Fi, internet TV, utilities, water, sewer, trash collection, lawn service and pest control. Linens and towels are provided.

A Village Temporary Resident ID card provides you with full access to all The Villages amenities. If you have not been to The Villages prior, you are in for a real treat. There is everything you can imagine to do, from outside to inside activities, sports, entertainment, and restaurants. There are 56 golf courses, adult, sports and family swimming pools, over 200 pickleball courts, over 200 bocce courts, tennis courts and recreational centers that offer organized activities in a wide variety of subjects.

The property is smoke and vape free. No pets allowed. The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55+ years. Our casita is not safe guarded for children.

Rental rates are good for two adults. If you plan on additional tenants/guests for an extended period, there will be an additional fee. Guests must be disclosed on the Rental Agreement. The Temporary Village Resident ID card is $50 (non-refundable) and payable to The Villages, tenant(s) are required to pay for and pick up at the Spanish Springs Sales Center. The Cleaning Fee is $200.00. The Security Deposit is due within 7 days of booking. First installment of half of the rental fee is due 30 days after booking has been confirmed. The final installment rental fee and cleaning fee are due no less than 90 days prior to your arrival. We recommend that you purchase trip insurance to protect your vacation investment in the event of illness or other life event requiring you to cancel your trip. If Renter cancels the signed contract, cancellation must be in writing. Details of the cancellation policy is outlined in the contract.

Please note: Electric Vehicle charging is not permitted at this home and there is an electricity cap detailed in the contract.

Rates are quoted for 2 adults. Monthly rentals only. An additional charge of $20/night/extra guest will apply.

7% Florida tax to be added to Rental and Cleaning Fees.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
