The house backs to the water that surrounds Linden Isle. Enjoy breathtaking views of the water and wildlife while relaxing on the lanai in this beautiful home. This 1512 sq.ft. home was built in 2019 and is pristine.
The master bedroom suite has a gorgeous view of the water, king size bed with a comfortable BeautyRest mattress, TV, walk in closet, double sinks and a walk in shower. Includes linens, towels, and a hair dryer. The second bedroom is a private suite with a queen size bed, a lovely tub /shower bath, linens, towels and a hair dryer. A laundry is off the second suite. All linens are included. The third bedroom has a wallbed with a comfortable mattress. OR the third bedroom may be set up as an office. All bedrooms are carpeted.

The large kitchen has a huge peninsula with seating and is equipped with many amenities including: Keurig and drip coffee makers, toaster, blender, George Forman grill, hand mixer, large variety of pots and pans, and baking dishes. Also a microwave, gas stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator with ice and water on door. Dining table has seating for six.

Living room has a 2 seat reclining leather couch and reclining leather chair with foot stool, a Smart TV, and small electric fireplace for chilly nights. The lanai has two glider/swivel chairs two rocker chairs and a table with seating for six.

WiFi and internet TV are included.

Extras included are: chairs to take to the squares, pool noodles, beach towels. Small grill.

Close by is Riverbend Recreation, with a family pool, pickleball, tennis, etc.
The house is one mile from a Publix grocery, The Villages Golf Cart Store, McDonalds, a 7-Eleven with gas station, other stores and restaurants and Everglades Regional Recreation Center.
Short drive to Sawgrass Grove which has a market, restaurants, and nightly entertainment. Ezell Recreation Center and Clifton Cove putt and play are also located here.

House Occupancy limited to 4. Temporary guest allowed with notice to owner.
Rental Policy:
The Security Deposit of $700 is due within 7 days of booking.
50% due within 7 days to secure your rental. The remaining 50% rental amount is due 90 days before your arrival.
$200 Cleaning fee
Florida Taxes additional (currently 7%)
Cancellation 120 days prior to check in.

Renter pays $50 fee for resident ID cards.

No Golf Cart

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
