Short drive to Sawgrass Grove which has a market, restaurants, and nightly entertainment. Ezell Recreation Center and Clifton Cove putt and play are also located here.

Rental Policy:
The Security Deposit of $700 is due within 7 days of booking.
50% due within 7 days to secure your rental. The remaining 50% rental amount is due 90 days before your arrival.

Cancellation 120 days prior to check in.

Renter pays $50 fee for resident ID cards.
