For renters: the Owners Village ID card has been deactivated to allow the renter(s) to use their ID card to access amenities of The Villages.

Weekly rentals may be accepted from May through December.

Rental Policy:
$500 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking - conditionally refundable.

All rent payments due 60 days prior to occupancy.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are available.
